At Creat’inc, we design and refine user-friendly and engaging guidance, operating procedures and training — no matter how complex the system. Our approach balances precision with practicality: each document is adapted to the context in which it will be used and to the capabilities of its users. The result is clear, accessible, and effective material that empowers teams to work confidently and consistently.

Creat’inc has refined the procedures of private companies but most of all, it created procedures for several entities of the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement. Each project had a different objective. Some aim at harmonising collaboration, others at enhancing services. The format and use of the procedures and guidances change accordingly. 

We design engaging training programs built on your content and objectives. Each course combines theory, practical exercises, and interactive activities to ensure an effective adult learning experience.
