About us
Creat’inc was born from a simple yet powerful belief:
real change begins within people — not systems.
Our society often runs on speed, productivity, and appearance, but what we truly need is meaning, connection, and trust. At Creat’inc, we help individuals, families, and organizations reconnect with what really matters.

We design activities and concepts that bring awareness, healing, and creativity into daily life. Whether it’s a parent discovering new ways to communicate with their child, a group making collective decisions through respectful dialogue, or a company building more human-centered procedures — each step we take helps rebuild the foundations of a healthier society.

Our work combines structure and heart, professionalism and empathy. We believe that learning, creation, and communication are powerful tools for transformation. Through trainings, facilitation, consultancies, and creative projects, Creat’inc encourages people to act consciously — to heal themselves, strengthen their communities, and inspire change around them.
At its core, Creat’inc is an invitation to live differently — to create with intention, to connect with care, and to contribute to a world where well-being and meaning come first.
About the founder
I grew up in a country marked by instability — a place where survival demanded creativity, perseverance, and an unshakable will to move forward. In that environment, I learned early that progress doesn’t come from what we’re given, but from what we create.

My parents shaped much of who I am. My father, who lived his life in a wheelchair, taught me the quiet power of acceptance — the strength that comes from knowing your limits, communicating them with honesty, and transforming vulnerability into purpose. My mother, who chose love over convention and courage over comfort, believed that even small acts of kindness could change the world. Together, they showed me that dignity, empathy, and conviction are the true foundations of life.
Though I was not free to choose my path of study, I turned every circumstance into opportunity. While pursuing psychomotor therapy — drawn initially by its link to dance — I launched my first venture, Blast’inc, a company that helped young people find part-time work and build professional confidence. It was my first step into creating change.

My journey has not been easy. The loss of team members and personal challenges taught me to see beyond systems and goals — to focus on the human being before the process. That shift in perspective became the essence of Creat’inc: a space where creativity meets compassion, where structure serves growth, and where change begins with the courage to look inward.

The rest of my story — the lessons, the transformations, the moments of clarity — will one day be told in a book. But for now, Creat’inc is where I share that journey: through every idea, every project, and every person willing to believe that a better world starts within.
